Customer Service was adequate, the delivery was shocking. Two hours late and they refused to carry the other fridge downstairs or install the new fridge even though I had been offered premium delivery. Very unprofessional; like it was a chore for them to even be there. They also forced me to sign the release before they even put the fridge in the house.
The door handle did not fit. The screw holes did not line up which is a manufacturing fault
Delivery was way longer than stated. Customer service was friendly but didn’t actually do anything about my query, my fridge sat in their Brisbane warehouse for another full week before the local delivery company was even contacted. Local courier however was fantastic, fast and very helpful.
